SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Welcome to The Wright Stationery Club! Every order is made with care and love and I am ecstatic to see them go to their new homes. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to get in touch using the contacts page or send an email to monique@thewrightstationery.co.uk.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION

When you place an order on the website, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you cannot find this email, be sure to check your spam folder – if afterwards it is still not found, please get in touch via monique@thewrightstationery.co.uk.

SHIPPING

Depending on your location, some orders can be hand-delivered or collected from an agreed location.

For all postal orders and to ensure their safe arrival, we use Royal Mail or a dedicated courier service. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed and fulfilled.

For bespoke planners, please allow 3 – 4 weeks for this process. As every page is planned to perfection, I need a little time to get the design ‘just-so’. Your consultation allows us to start creating templates from scratch – but I always check them with you before they go to print. Once your planner is completed you will be notified when it has been posted.

The cost of delivery is calculated at checkout. All delivery prices include both postage and packaging.

International Delivery:

International Delivery is by Royal Mail Standard International post and normally takes 5-8 days to Europe and 10-14 days to the rest of the World for all items, once the item is processed and fulfilled.

Please be advised that you are responsible for your country’s customs/duties/delivery fees and delays when shipping outside the UK.

RETURNS

We are unable to accept returns on custom items unless there is an error or damage on our part. If this is the case with your order, you will need to contact us at monique@thewrightstationery.co.uk within 10 days from the day it is received.

ERRORS

Prior to confirming your purchase, please ensure you have thoroughly checked your custom order. By confirming your purchase you agree that your order will be created and printed as selected by you.

DAMAGES

Any major damages should be documented and photographed when received so that we may assess where the damages are done and how we may remedy the problem right away.

CANCELLATIONS

As each order is immediately sent to print upon purchase, we are unable to accept cancellations or make changes to any order. For bespoke planners, there will be a final review before it is sent to print.
